A few days ago, Jon and Mac spoke with Gretchen Rubin for her Substack Live series, Secrets of Adulthood, part of her Substack, Secrets of Adulthood, for which they were asked to share two Secrets of Adulthood. This turned out to be very hard for them. They were worried they flubbed the assignment, which they confessed to Gretchen, who was very nice about it, and it turned out to be a great conversation.
